You sigh and move a bit, trying to wake up, even if just a little. You wake up to see your son reaching out to touch your cheek. Little footsteps awake you later you’ve always been a light sleeper. Almost as soon as your head hits the pillow, your body shuts off and you fall asleep.

He can sense that you’re beyond exhausted as he carries you back to bed. “Don’t be (Y/N),” He says, picking you up. “Sorry,” You say softly, and he chuckles. Cameron, your boyfriend of two years, kisses your ear sweetly. “Relax darling, it’s only me.”’ At the sound of the soft voice, you lean backwards into his embrace. You jump when two large arms fasten themselves around your waist. You lean back after half an hour and rub your face tiredly. You split your small amount between food, bills, rent, and pocket money. You try your best to stretch every dollar as far as it can go. You look at every bill carefully, as well as your paycheck. There, at the small table is a small stack of envelopes. Then, you pull on a robe and walk down the stairs into the kitchen. After a long thought process, you decide to take a look at the bills and get them paid before they shut off your water again. You sit on the edge of your bed, and although your body is craving sleep, your mind is in no such place. You walk back to your room and you’re so tired you barely manage to undress yourself. His short, wavy hair in different angles and his face looking like an angel. Tiredly, you get back up and trudge down the small hallway and you smile as you walk into the second bedroom on the left.

There was nothing more that you wanted to do than to curl up in bed and sleep. Three years after that, you crawl onto your bed after a hard day’s work. His blonde, greasy hair everywhere, tears running out of his bright blue eyes. Quickly, you glance in the rear-view mirror and see Dallas standing there wearing jeans. You start the car and begin to drive away. You put both of your hands on the steering wheel as you take deep breaths, trying to calm down before you drive home. You sit in the front crying wondering how everything will work out. You run down the stairs and out to your car. “(Y/N) please!” He tries again, but it’s too late. You drop the photo and you’ve somehow managed to get the ring off your finger without thinking about it. You see the blonde hair girl turn to look at you, and you recognize her as Sylvia.

“(Y/N)… I-I… Please!” He says, pulling the girl off of him and getting up. His eyes go wide as he tries to find something to say. His eyes go wide, his face wearing a mask of surprise and shock. His blue eyes narrowed with annoyance at first, until he sees you. The door quietly hits the wall, creating a dull thud noise, causing your boyfriend to look over. You freeze, feeling your heart rip to tiny pieces. You open the door only to find a girl with matted blonde hair, straddling your boyfriend, your other half. Smiling at the thought of how he looks while he’s asleep, you open the door quietly. You walk two doors down, and stop at his door it’s closed. You ignore it and keep walking, turning right at the top of the stairs. You nod at them walking upstairs your senses are immediately hit with the stench and sounds of sex. When you walk in, you’re greeted by Buck and a few other hood’s you’ve come to know. You glance down at your hand and smile when your eye catches the ring on your hand that he had given to you when he asked you to be his girl. Grabbing your car keys, you drive to Buck’s to see your boyfriend of a year and a half. You knew from previous experience that there would be few people there playing pool or drinking before the party. You take a deep breath and look at the clock it would only be another half hour or so before the party began. Knowing your boyfriend was the type to stick around, you weren’t worried. You stop for a minute and stare at it, rubbing your thumb over it. You stare down at the sonogram in your hands, confirming you were four months pregnant. Then, you pick up the picture that was about to change both of your lives. Deciding the shirt you were wearing didn’t fit how you wanted it too you search through your closet, finally deciding on your boyfriends’ plaid shirt along with your own jean jacket. A little bit of eye makeup and lipstick only a few shades darker than your own lips. Running your hand through your hair, you smiled. The curls look like waves just the way he loves it. Your long, lazy curly brown hair left down. Imagine you were looking in the mirror at yourself.
